Lifeguards did not have direct line of sight of all useable areas of the pool surface and bottom.
Provide more lifeguards so that all areas of the pool surface and bottom can be within a lifeguards direct line of sight. Lifeguard was not able to see 2 swimmers in the deep end near the pump room.

Lifeguard was not supervising the diving area when in use.
Ensure lifeguard coverage is provided in the diving area at all times the diving area is in use.
