Repeat ORP reading was below 650 mv. The ORP was only 515 increase it to the required level.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.

Critical Repeat Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. The free chlorine was .5 ppm. The maintenance worker had repaired the pump during the inspection..
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
