Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter was stuck on zero resolve this issue.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. The free chlorine was zero.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
