Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. The flow meter was stuck on zero, resolve this violation.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Repeat Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. The free chlorine level was zero.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
