Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Flow meter is not working properly

Spa free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 2 ppm.
Do not operate the spa until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above. Spa is to be drained today according to maintenance personnel
