Repeat Required turnover rates were not met. The flow meter indicated 40 gallons per a minute this pools required turnover rate is 67 gallons per a minute, Resolve this violation.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04(D)(6)(a)(2) / Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual shall be above 1 ppm.
Critical Pool free chlorine disinfectant residual was below 1 ppm. The free chlorine measure zero, I checked it the free chlorine twice.
Do not operate the pool until the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above.
