Disinfection feeder was not properly plugged into ACC unit. Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
Documentation that ACC is properly working was only documented in May.
Ensure that ACC is documented monthly that it is being checked.
3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. No flow signal did come on when tested.
Replace sensors to ensure that no flow signal is properly working.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Repeat Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
