As an Agent of the Wisconsin DATCP, Tri-County Environmental Health Consortium licenses and inspects about 400 restaurants and retail food establishments in Waushara, Green Lake and Marquette Counties.  Retail food establishments include grocery stores, convenience stores, ice cream shops, coffee shops, retail bakeries and candy shops.  We also conduct inspections of school kitchens on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and license and inspect temporary food events in the Tri-County area, such as our county fairs.
