Welcome! This page allows operators, licensees and contractors to submit applications for plan review; renew licenses; and update contact information. Information provided will be automatically sent to the Ohio Department of Health or the local health district as appropriate to process. This portal will also serve as a communication tool during the plan review process for agricultural labor camps, campgrounds and public swimming pools. Facility layouts and equipment lists for food service operations/retail food establishments; temporary food and temporary campgrounds will be transferred to the local health district for review and processing if they are using the system.
Not all local health districts are currently using this system.
