Food Establishment and Restaurant Reports

Our Environmental Health team inspects and licenses over 200 food establishments throughout our county. Due to the size of our county, our sanitarians have a specific geographical area assigned for inspections and licensing of establishments. Anne-Marie Coy inspects and licenses facilities in the northern half of the county and along the US Hwy 2 corridor, including the communities of Ashland, Bayfield, Cornucopia, Herbster, Iron River, Port Wing, and Washburn. Michelle Simone inspects and licenses facilities in the southern half of the county, including the communities of Barnes, Cable, Delta, Drummond, Grandview, Iron River, and Mason. We also offer food safety manager certification courses to our food establishment operators twice a year and will also provide food safety presentations upon request to other food service facilities or organizations.
