The mission of Outagamie County Public Health Division is to PREVENT disease and injury, PROMOTE wellness, and PROTECT the health of the community. Outagamie County spans 640 square miles and the jurisdiction includes all of Outagamie County, outside the city of Appleton. This portion of Outagamie County is home to 117,910 residents and includes 20 towns, 10 villages and 3 cities. Currently Outagamie County Public Health Division issues about 700 licenses and conducts over 1,000 inspections annually.

The Environmental Unit consists of Environmental Health Sanitarians that perform a wide variety of important environmental and public health functions. One segment of the Environmental Health Unit is the Licensing and Inspection program. Outagamie County Public Health Division is an Agent of Wisconsin to license and inspect restaurants, retail food stores (grocery stores and convenience stores). Plus, the Division regulates other public entities such as lodging establishments, recreational swimming pools, campgrounds, tattoo and body piercing businesses, bed and breakfast establishments, and recreational/educational camps.

Outagamie County Public Health is working in conjunction with Wisconsin Department of Health Services to make inspection reports of regulated facilities more accessible to the public. This public portal is limited to view only restaurant and retail food establishment inspection reports. Over time additional types will be added to this site.

Due to Outagamie County Public Health Division becoming a recent user of this inspection program, only restaurant and retail food establishment inspections conducted since October 1, 2014 are available on this website.
