Improper food handling practices can cause food borne illness. Food establishment inspections and risk assessments focus on food preparation practices. All inspections are performed and written by licensed Environmental Health Specialists.

Please keep in mind that any inspection report is a “snapshot” of the day and time of inspection. On any given day, a restaurant could have fewer or more violations than noted in the report. Updated information is posted to this site as soon as possible. This site may not reflect any changes to correct the violations identified. Visitors to this site are cautioned to interpreting the status of an establishment on only one report.  An inspection conducted on any given day may not be representative of the overall, long-term operation of an establishment.
